# YBee Terms of Service

The [full Terms of Service](https://ybee.app/terms.html) is the authoritative document governing the use of YBee, generated applications and games, shared apps, acceptable use, and related services.

## Key Summary

- **App & Game Generation**: Users can generate mobile and web apps and games using natural language prompts without writing code.
- **AI Models and Providers**: YBee may change or route between AI models and providers. Provider practices vary, and some may retain or use prompts, generated output, or technical metadata for safety, service improvement, or model training; YBee does not promise universal zero-retention or no-training processing.
- **YBee Model Training**: YBee may train or evaluate its systems using irreversibly anonymized or aggregated data. YBee does not use identifiable or pseudonymized prompts, project content, feedback, or generated output to train its own models.
- **Ownership**: Creators retain ownership of their custom content, assets, and logic created using the service.
- **Shared Apps & Public Links**: Users may publish and share apps via unique web URLs (e.g., hosted on `open.ybee.app`, `{slug}.ybee.here.now`, or `ybee.app` domains). Publishers are responsible for the content and lawful operation of their published apps.
- **Acceptable Use**: Prohibited content includes malware, phishing, unauthorized credential collection, copyright/trademark infringement, illegal content, harassment, pornography, and gambling.
- **Notice & Action (EU DSA)**: Anyone may report harmful or illegal content via the [reporting form](https://ybee.app/report.html). Affected publishers are provided notice, reasons, and appeal opportunities in accordance with applicable platform policies and law.
- **Push Notifications**: With your consent, YBee may send operational and transactional push notifications (such as build status updates and service alerts) to your registered devices. You can enable or disable these at any time in your device settings.
- **Unpublishing**: Creators can unpublish or remove their apps at any time directly through the application.
